Thanks to all who showed up!
This event was attended by around 10 comics and stand-up and 20-30 friends, well-wishers and family. Thanks to the Groningen Social Hub, especially former manager Annemiek, who gave us this space and provided a cosy setting for the event. When technical problems threatened to delay the event, Vincent stepped in to help with sound issues, and a member of Social Hub staff lent us her work computer. We have filmed all the event and below is one short video of Ben introducing himself.
On this particular day, in March 2022, Ben fell asleep on the train, ended up at the depot and was late for the comedy show in Utrecht. But amazingly he made it and was there to talk about it. It turned out to be a pretty funny show! Which we watched together at his 30th Birthday event. The video of his stand-up that evening is now on Youtube and is posted below.
