Ben was born in Swansea in south Wales in 1994 and grew up in Wales and then in the Netherlands. In his 20s he lived in Groningen and The Hague, and in both cities and elsewhere in the Netherlands and Belgium, Benny ran shows, MCing and doing his own performances. He loved to travel in Eastern Europe every summer, worked in youth hostels, and loved Ukraine and Albania in particular. He loved pussy cats and fed strays wherever he went, including on holidays. He had a passion for Russian bands, Hip Hop and Moroccan folk music, but he also loved classical, acoustic bands and lots more…
